About Rooms
- Are non-smoking rooms available?
- Smoking is prohibited in the hotel and guest rooms.
- Do you have barrier-free rooms?
- In order to preserve the townscape, our hotel is operated by renovating historic buildings and old private houses, which are not barrier-free. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by differences in stairs or room entrances.
- What amenities are available in the rooms?
- Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, razor, toothbrush, comb, etc. are provided. Please see the room page for details.
- Can I use the Internet in my room?
- Yes. Free wireless LAN Internet (Wi-Fi) access is available throughout the hotel.
- Are there bathrooms and toilets in the guest rooms?
- All rooms are equipped with a bath and western style toilet.(Separate bath and toilet)
- Is there a refrigerator in the room?

At our hotel, we prioritize the safety of our guests above all else.
We accommodate allergies to the “28 Specified Ingredients” (8 specified ingredients and 20 ingredients treated as specified ingredients) as defined by the Food Labeling Act, as well as to bluefish, shellfish, and crustaceans, to the extent possible.
Guests with relevant allergies are asked to provide the following information in as much detail as possible by the day before their check-in date:
- ・Names of the relevant ingredients
- ・Number of people affected
- ・Severity of symptoms (e.g., whether the food can be cooked, or whether broths, extracts, binders, or processed foods are acceptable)
Furthermore, from the perspective of ensuring safe food preparation and service, we regret that we are unable to accommodate requests based on personal preferences, such as “food likes and dislikes” or “ingredients you find unpalatable.”

Please enjoy our creative course menu, which makes generous use of seasonal ingredients from the Seto Inland Sea—including local produce from Tomonoura—and carefully highlights the unique charms of both Japanese and Western cuisines.
You may choose between dining table seats and counter seats.
*Please note that depending on the occupancy of the counter seats, you may be seated at a table instead. We appreciate your understanding.
Dinner is served from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (last seating at 7:30 PM), with prices starting at 11,000 yen per person (tax included).

- If there are rooms available on the date you wish, it is possible to rent an entire building. Please feel free to contact us.
- Can I stay at the hotel with my child?
- Siomachi Hotel is operated in a renovated old private house, so we ask that guests of junior high school age and older stay at the hotel. Some rooms are available for children of elementary school age and older. Please feel free to inquire.

- The percentages signify the rate of cancellation charge to the Basic Accommodation Charges.
- When the number of days contract ed is shortened, the cancellation charge for its first day shall be paid by the Guest regardless of the number of days shortened.
- When part of a group booking (for 15 persons or more) is cancelled, the cancellation charge shall not be charged for the number of persons equivalent to 10% of the number of persons booked as of 10 days prior to the occupancy (when accepted less than 10 days prior to the occupancy, as of the date) with fractions counted as a whole number.
